Wondering about returns?
You have 72 hours after your item arrives to ask for a return, but make sure to do it before you give the seller a rating. After that, the sale is final.
You can return or get your money back if:
- The item isn’t as described.
- It’s damaged, and that wasn’t mentioned.
- The seller didn’t send it.
- You got the wrong thing or something’s missing.
But you can’t return or get money back if:
- The item is just like the seller described.
- It doesn’t fit or has a smell.
- You changed your mind.
- You ask for a return more than 72 hours after getting it.
- You ask for a return after giving it a rating.
- The deal happened outside the Marketplace.
